They are. But where i'm from it's not discouraged, in fact it's the opposite, that type of bond, is unlike any other you will ever experience. Which is sorta poetic, as I am, quite literally, the beginning....... of everything... *waves his hand, causing the room to go dark* Before I came along... there was nothing... *an orb appears in the middle of the space, humming, vibrating* Everything that was, is or will be, was contained within that sphere, within me... *pausing a moment for that to sink in* I was that sphere... *the sphere bursts sending dust, debris, and particles of matter far into the vast expance of nothingness, filling it out as it goes, then time seems to speed up, worlds are created, destroyed, and built anew, and then, others start showing up, some of the other gods, those gods diverting and going their seperate ways to rule over their own dominions, fast forward some more and it slows again, but this time, showing a new realm being created* And then, I decided to build a refuge, a place for the gods to come, relax, and live, away from the day to day of mortal coil. *the resort starts to take shape* So you see.... all of these things, that people put on themselves.. *transitions to an ancient society, the first of her people, their ancestors, standing around writing the laws of which their people will choose to live* Are not by my doing, but by your ancestors. You believe what you believe, because that's what you were told. But not by us... You chose your own path. But as for us? We hold no such control over what you desire. We merely supply the means to obtain it. If you're willing to give it chase.
